How to Use Cleaning Vinegar

WARNING: Never use cleaning vinegar on granite, marble, or soapstone. The acidity in the cleaning vinegar can cause pitting and loss of shine.

To clean countertops: Simply spray with the cleaning vinegar solution and wipe clean with a microfiber cloth or sponge.

To clean floors: Spray a microfiber cleaning mop liberally with cleaning vinegar and mop floors using the dampened cloth.

To clean drains: Run hot water down the drain for at least one minute, then add one cup of baking soda and one cup of cleaning vinegar. Once the mixture stops foaming, rinse with hot water until clean.

To clean towels that may have a mildew odor: Add one cup of cleaning vinegar to your washing machine, then add the towels and run the hottest cycle your washing machine has.
